By accessing, registering on, or using the jilivs1 platform — whether through the website at jilivs1.net or through the jilivs1 mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jilivs1 (the "Platform" or "Operator"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the jilivs1 platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by jilivs1, including but not limited to: casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, instant-win games (Crash, Plinko, Keno), promotional offers, and all payment-related services.

To register and use jilivs1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jilivs1 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilivs1, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from jilivs1 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets.

jilivs1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

To access the full range of jilivs1 services, you must create a player account. The following rules apply to all jilivs1 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may register only one jilivs1 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilivs1 username and password. jilivs1 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify jilivs1 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Non-transferability: jilivs1 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person.

jilivs1 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your jilivs1 wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• jilivs1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• jilivs1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your jilivs1 account.
• jilivs1 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7.
• jilivs1 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

jilivs1 offers a wide variety of games including Crash, Plinko, Keno, MG Live dealer tables, Dragon Fortune slots, sports betting, and more. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• Each game on jilivs1 is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
• All game outcomes on jilivs1 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. jilivs1 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Instant-win games including Crash, Plinko, and Keno use provably fair cryptographic systems. Players may verify the fairness of any outcome using the verification tools provided within each game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jilivs1 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all bets placed during that round to the players' accounts.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Once a bet is submitted and accepted by the jilivs1 system, it is final.
• jilivs1 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.

For sports betting markets, additional rules apply regarding settlement of bets in the event of match postponement, abandonment, or other exceptional circumstances. These rules are available within the sports betting section of the jilivs1 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilivs1. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the jilivs1 platform without human input.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the jilivs1 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using jilivs1 for the purpose of laundering money or financing any illegal activity. jilivs1 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to jilivs1 by any person under the age of 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the chargeback amount will be pursued through all available legal means.

jilivs1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱15,000 in total wagers before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jilivs1 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused promotional offers may be excluded from future promotions.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games and instant-win games (Crash, Plinko, Keno) typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are displayed in the terms of each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum bet per round or per game is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your jilivs1 account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.

jilivs1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any jilivs1 content without prior written permission from jilivs1.
• You may not use the jilivs1 brand name, logo, or any other jilivs1 trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of jilivs1.
• Game content provided by third-party game developers on the jilivs1 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective developers and is licensed to jilivs1 for use on the platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilivs1 intellectual property may result in legal action. jilivs1 actively monitors for unauthorized use of its brand and content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilivs1 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jilivs1 platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jilivs1's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jilivs1 platform.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the jilivs1 platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional information.
• Any losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

jilivs1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilivs1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on jilivs1, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at jilivs1 include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws.
• jilivs1 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to jilivs1's legal obligations to retain certain records.

jilivs1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilivs1 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of jilivs1 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using jilivs1 and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of jilivs1, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact jilivs1's support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
